You will input and reconcile revenues, expenses, and tips, ensuring timely nightly closings. Strong English communication and basic math competencies are essential, with a collaborative team mindset and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report by auditing POS tapes and journals to break down revenue, covers, tips, and settlements.
• Run audit reports from front office systems and POS, and correct any discrepancies.
• Input revenue, expenses, and allowances into the system to generate daily summaries.
• Balance revenue and settlements nightly and reset systems for next day operations.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
