Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to service overnight guests at AC by Marriott Orlando – Downtown. The role balances front desk and food & beverage revenues, reconciles cashier transactions, and reports results to ensure hotel policies are followed.

You will handle audits, balancing, and timely information flow while coordinating guest requests and staying compliant with safety procedures. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic accounting functions.
• Knowledge and/or ability to operate a computer.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Education: None.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and balance front desk transactions.
• Reconcile and balance food and beverage transactions from Micros reports.
• Post room and tax to guest account.
• Coordinate all guest requests in a courteous and efficient manner ensuring problem resolution is satisfactory.
• Check guests in/out as necessary.
• Communicate with other departments and shifts to coordinate and follow up on all guest room information.
• Know and carry out specified duties in response to fire alarm, guest medical emergency and security threats.
• Report any items in need of repair.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.
