Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is often required or preferred.
• Familiarity with reservation or property management systems (PMS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Experience handling guest complaints or resolving conflicts is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Guest Check-In and Check-Out: assist guests efficiently and warmly.
• Reservations Management: handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Payment Processing: process charges, deposits, and refunds.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs.
• Upsell rooms and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the PMS and other systems.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
