Atrium Hospitality is hiring at Hot Springs Embassy Suites for an overnight front desk role. The go-to team member handles guest needs, checks in/out, balances nightly ledgers, and maintains security and confidentiality in a quiet lobby environment.

You will work 11 PM–7 AM, with basic accounting duties, guest requests, and reporting responsibilities. A high school diploma and Excel/property systems comfort are preferred; experience at a hotel front desk helps.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge is required to post revenues and balances.
• Proficient with Excel and property systems.

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM - 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check-ins.
• Balance the books nightly - post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accuracy.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally (even at 3 AM).
• Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries with attention to detail.
• Keep operations secure and confidential as the day's closing point.
