Candlewood Suites Loma Linda is seeking a Night Auditor to be the first guest contact during overnight hours and support smooth hotel operations. You will handle guest accounts, nightly audits, and balance revenues while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with late check-ins/outs, and coordinating with Front Desk and Management. Familiarity with PMS systems and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality coursework preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of front desk or night audit experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with PMS systems noted (Hilton OnQ/PEP, Marriott FOSSE, Choice Advantage, IHG Opera Cloud).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests, perform late night check-ins/outs, and ensure smooth overnight operation.
• Manage guest accounts, balance daily revenue, and complete nightly audit tasks.
• Document key interactions and coordinate with departments for a seamless stay.
• Adhere to brand standards, policies, and confidentiality requirements.
