The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, knowledge of PMS, and a High School Diploma or GED. This full-time position involves weekend/holiday shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in accounting or night audit.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger.
• Post daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Average revenues from accounts receivable from food, room and other departments.
• Act as front desk clerk for check-in/out and guest issue resolution.
• Make cash drops per cash handling procedures.
• Organize Front Desk area for morning shift.
