Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin TechRidge in Austin seeks a Night Auditor to balance daily revenue, assist guests, and perform front desk duties during the night shift. This role offers opportunities to grow within the Hilton family in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.

You will deliver exceptional service, handle guest requests, verify transactions, and close the day in the property management system, while maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby and front desk area.

Formación

• Must communicate effectively in English, written and spoken.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 20 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail for financial transactions.
• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional guest service while balancing daily revenue and front desk duties at night.
• Perform front desk and QA duties during the night shift.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and cash handling procedures.
• Act as night manager on duty and handle guest requests.
• Balance credit card transactions and prepare deposits.
• Close and open the next day in the property management system.
• Organize end-of-shift paperwork and reports.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area cleanliness and organization.
