Job summary

Crown Hotel & Travel Management, LLC is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure accurate end-of-day bookkeeping, balance accounts, and maintain guest satisfaction throughout the overnight shift.

You will oversee the property as manager on duty, assist guests with requests, coordinate reservations and payments, and provide information about hotel policies and local attractions. A flexible schedule and solid communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer at least one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills including word processing.

Responsibilities

• Be flexible with schedule.
• Manage end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing and reconciliation.
• Oversee hotel as manager on duty during shift.
• Take guest details including payment information.
• Make travel arrangements and reservations for guests.
• Provide information on hotel procedures, policies and facilities.
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints.
• Balance cash drawer at desk for each shift.
