Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Warmly greets guests.
• Checks guest in and out, ensuring proper credit is received and requests are fulfilled.
• Balances lodge accounts and performs overnight audit.
• Maintains knowledge of lodge amenities and events.
• Handles reservations and restaurant bookings as needed.
• Maintains cash handling and adheres to resort policies.
• Posts charges and processes refunds per procedures.
• Answers the telephone professionally and assists guests.
• Addresses guest feedback with courtesy and care.
• Communicates in English, both spoken and written.
