Job summary

The Waters Hot Springs, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. You will handle overnight guest services, perform critical accounting tasks, and support housekeeping as needed during the midnight shift.

Responsibilities include resolving guest concerns, managing the logbook, processing payments, and auditing reports to ensure accurate financial records. Previous hotel experience and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shift 11pm–7am.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, services, rates, and groups.
• Operate PMS and maintain security of the system.
• Run end-of-day reports and balance accounts.
