Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa, located in Georgia, seeks an experienced Assistant Front Desk Office Manager to lead Front Desk, Night Audit, and Guest Services. You will supervise a 10–15 person team, ensure prompt, courteous service, and collaborate with Housekeeping to prepare rooms for arrivals.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong communication, and a focus on guest experiences in a dynamic resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• Previous hospitality or front-office leadership experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with PMS, Opera, Synaxis, GDS, CRS, and Microsoft Office are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Front Desk, Night Audit, and Guest Services operations.
• Ensure every guest receives prompt, courteous, and personalized service.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and support a team of approximately 10–15 employees.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.
• Assist with revenue management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service, and the overall guest experience.
