This role combines front desk duties with nightly audit tasks, including reconciling transactions, balancing revenue, and generating daily reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service/front desk/hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overnight hotel operations and guest service.
• Perform nightly audit and reconcile daily transactions.
• Balance room revenue and financial records.
• Generate daily financial and occupancy reports.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the PMS and process payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for overnight needs.
• Monitor safety procedures and respond to incidents.
