Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Night Auditor to manage late-night front office operations and financial reconciliation for a four-star property.

You will process check-ins/outs, handle guest inquiries, and help maintain accurate accounting records to ensure a smooth overnight experience. This role emphasizes attention to detail, courteous service, and the ability to work in a high-energy casino environment.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Retail customer service training would be a plus.
• Experience: One to three years previous experience in a hotel or high end retail environment is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• Post charges to guest accounts during night audit and ensure accurate posting.
• Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts.
• Verify transactions are supported by appropriate documentation and properly posted.
• Track room revenues, occupancy, and front office statistics; prepare end-of-day procedures.
• Assist PBX with switchboard duties.
