Qualifications

• Hospitality and front desk experience preferred.
• Night Audit experience preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the night audit process and guest registration during overnight shifts.
• Handle guest calls, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for the next day’s operations.
• Support Front Office operations during overnight coverage.
