Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel experience in a guest-facing position preferred, luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Strong math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report on hotel areas to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide timely information and services.
• Process reservations, front desk operations and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Operate front desk systems and PBX, manage wake-up calls.
• Maintain guest relations and knowledge of area events.
