The Hampton Inn Holland, part of Suburban Inns, is seeking a Night Auditor to deliver excellent guest service and perform nightly operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include closing the business day in the PMS and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• CPR training may be completed upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and build guest connections.
• Run night audit reports and follow shift checklists.
• Balance cash drawer and handle cash drops.
• Set up continental breakfast buffet when applicable.
• Close out the business day in the PMS and prepare DOR.
