Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of progressive hotel experience required.
• Guest Service Experience required.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute necessary daily reports per hotel standards.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Food & Beverage Cashier’s work.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.
• Handle check-in/check-out duties and guest reservations as required.
• Communicate concerns to management and maintain guest satisfaction.
