Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting or hospitality management preferred.
• Previous night audit or accounting experience is preferred.
• Proficient with accounting software and MS Office Suite; strong numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily revenue (room rates, charges, payments).
• Verify and balance revenue and settlement accounts (cash, cards, other payments).
• Prepare and distribute daily reports (DOR, management reports).
• Provide overnight guest service, assist with check-ins/outs, respond to inquiries.
• Handle reservations and ensure accurate room assignments and availability.
• Monitor security and safety during the overnight shift; report hazards.
