Job summary

Crystal Creek Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions during the night shift, posting and balancing charges, and coordinating with front desk and restaurant teams to maintain records for the next day.

You will verify cash, credit card and check transactions, prepare reports, and uphold service standards while following safety guidelines and using Opera PMS.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English clearly.

• Professional appearance and manner.
• Able to communicate well with guests.
• Willing to pitch in and be a team player.
• Basic mathematical skills using a 10-key.
• Able to handle guest and employee concerns positively.
• Able to input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system, POS and computer.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle system problems during the shift.
• Post and balance all room and restaurant charges, incl. adjustments and settlements.
• Verify and reconcile all financial transactions (cash, card, checks).
• Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions (AP/AR).
• Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare for next day by resetting systems and maintaining records.
• Collaborate with front desk and restaurant teams for seamless operations.
• Maintain high level of customer service with prompt responses to inquiries.
• Follow safety and emergency guidelines and procedures.
