My Place Hotel-Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Night Auditor to be the night desk point of contact, handling reservations, check-ins/outs, charges, and guest inquiries. You will also complete the Night Audit checklist, manage cash logs, call logs, and keep logs tidy.

Some cleaning and laundry tasks, safety checks, and on-call readiness are part of the role. The ideal candidate has positive attitude, basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, strong communication, and the ability to multitask

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred.
• Ability to handle guest requests and issues with courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and record charges per policy.
• Address guest questions and local attractions with up-to-date knowledge.
• Complete Night Audit checklist, manage cash and call logs, and maintain reports.
• Perform light cleaning and laundry to keep lobby and front desk areas tidy.
• Enforce safety protocols and report hazards.
• Be on call for hotel needs and take on extra duties as needed.
