Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures’ Grand Casinos seeks a Hotel Night Auditor to welcome guests, assist with reservations, and process payments while safeguarding guest information.

In this role you will balance daily reports, audit guest records, verify registrations and room charges, and prepare management reports for Hotel Administration and Finance. Overnight shifts required, strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail for accurate reports, guest records, and billing information.
• Excellent guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to balance reports and prepare management documents.
• Experience with hotel front desk or guest services is preferred.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts and be punctual.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests courteously and assist with reservations.
• Process payments and balance daily revenue reports.
• Audit guest records and verify registrations and room charges.
• Prepare and distribute management reports to Hotel Administration and Finance.
• Assist with general front desk duties and departmental tasks as needed.
