Responsibilities

• Assist with Concierge, Bell Staff and lobby coverage in busy periods.
• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reports.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Assist with phone systems and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Arrange for luggage delivery to guest rooms.
• Coordinate with Bell Staff for smooth handling of luggage and requests.
• Maintain a balanced bank and verify guest accounts.
