Springhill Suites Wauwatosa – 10411 W Watertown Plank Rd is seeking a Night Auditor to deliver outstanding guest service, manage reservations, and handle nightly audits with accuracy. This part-time position requires handling inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining professional guest relations.

You will perform clerical duties, verify pricing, postings, and room status, and ensure compliance with hotel policies while supporting the accounting function and management team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service and data entry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills; well organized and detail-oriented; strong typing with PC and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Reservation Management: Receive and process reservations via phone, fax, and mail; Enter reservations into the system; Verify pricing, discounts, and billing information; Maintain reservation files.
• Customer Service: Check in/out guests; Process payments; Inform guests of policies and statuses; Address questions and issues promptly.
• Professional Relations: Support accounting on credit status; Keep management informed of activities; Safeguard guest information; Attend meetings as required.
