Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven guest services/front desk experience.

• Proficiency with hotel management software and computer systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs.
• Process check-ins/outs and manage reservations during night hours.
• Handle calls, messages and provide guest information.
• Maintain accurate financial records and confidentiality of guest data.
• Prepare daily reports and balance revenue with the PMS.
• Post charges and payments; close day-end in the system.
• Monitor security and respond to emergencies during night shift.
