Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property.
• Complete bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
• Handle front desk duties such as reservations, check-ins, housekeeping delegation, guest inquiries, and complaints.
