Columbia Hospitality seeks a Night Auditor to oversee nightly front desk operations, reconciliation, and reporting, ensuring guest data confidentiality and security. The role supports guests, staff, and vendors during shifts and maintains a safe environment across the property.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in hospitality and cash handling experience, with strong communication skills and knowledge of labor regulations. A positive, service-oriented approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience required.
• 2-year hotel/clerk experience strongly preferred.
• Cash handling and POS system experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to understand and apply labor and industry laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the day-to-day night operation of the property including front desk operations and financial reconciliation and reporting.
• Follow all procedures to ensure front office activities meet established standards and goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and data.
• Assist guests, team members and vendors during the shift.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff; report issues promptly.
