Job summary

CMC Hotels is seeking dedicated individuals for guest service positions in Wilmington, North Carolina. As a guest service professional, you will be responsible for the needs and safety of guests during check-in and check-out processes, providing superior customer service.

The role requires previous hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently during the 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. A competitive wage and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is highly desired.
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the needs and safety of all guests during check-in and check-out.
• Interface with previous shift and managers.
• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service.
• Provide superior guest service.
• Enter/change reservation information on PMS.
• Process payments from guests.
• Provide information concerning hotel policies and services.
• Review and reconcile daily accounting.
