Job summary

CMC Hotels in Raleigh, NC seeks a Guest Service professional for 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Responsible for guest safety during check-in/check-out and end-of-day balancing.

Provides expedient service, answers questions, manages reservations in PMS, processes payments, and supports daily accounting in Inn-Flow. We offer a competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and a monthly bonus plan

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Fosse operating system is a plus.
• Clean background check and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to handle comments and suggestions.

Responsibilities

• Interface with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
• Provide expedient check-in/check-out service.
• Provide superior guest service.
• Enter/change reservation information in PMS.
• Process payments from guests.
• Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services.
• Review and reconcile daily accounting and enter into Inn-Flow database.
