Responsibilities

• Run the night audit and reset the OS for the next day.
• Send daily financial reports to property and corporate teams.
• Greet guests in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate check-in/check-out and assist with reservations.
• Answer guest questions and resolve problems.
• Monitor reservations and prepare rooms before check-in.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Assist guests with requests and concerns.
• Listen actively and resolve guest complaints.
• Keep the property clean and perform light duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the general manager.
