Job summary

Hampton Inn Buffalo Downtown is seeking a Night Auditor to join their team. The Night Auditor oversees overnight front desk operations, greets guests, processes check-ins and check-outs using the property management system, and balances accounts to ensure accuracy.

The ideal candidate has hotel experience, strong computer skills (Word, Excel), a valid driver’s license may be needed in some locations, and a high school diploma. The shift is overnight 11 PM to 7 AM with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hotel settings preferred.
• Hilton experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out using the property management system.
• Handle cash, credit card information and related transactions.
• Identify guest needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
• Take reservations, input data into the system, update or cancel as requested.
• Organize shift paperwork, balance room accounts and investigate discrepancies.
