Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a Night Auditor at Hampton Inn & Suites Buffalo Downtown, 220 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14202. The role covers overnight hours and ensures guest satisfaction while handling check-ins, check-outs, and night balance procedures.

The ideal candidate has hotel customer service experience, familiarity with property management systems, and basic computer skills. Schedule: overnight, 11 PM–7 AM; weekends required.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience, in a hotel setting preferred.
• Hilton experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, complete check-in/check-out via the Property Management System.
• Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identifies guest needs and provides information about hotel services and amenities.
• Taking reservations from incoming calls, inputs information into the hotel management system.
• Organizes previous shifts paperwork, closes and balances all room accounts and vouchers, investigates out of balance situations.
