Buffalo Lodging is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for its Hampton Inn & Suites Buffalo - Downtown. The role oversees front office operations, supervises staff, and ensures exceptional guest service in a busy hotel setting near downtown Buffalo.

The successful candidate will manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries, while coordinating with management to maintain smooth front desk operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest services and front office operations to ensure superior service.
• Foster a positive, cooperative work environment between front office staff and management.
• Supervise front office team: interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, rewarding and addressing issues.
• Perform front desk duties: greet guests, process check-ins/check-outs, enter reservations, update and cancel bookings in the PMS.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions and property-related duties.
• Identify guest needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
