Lone Star Court is seeking a Night Auditor to provide exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. You will handle end-of-day functions and reporting while maintaining hotel safety and security.

The role focuses on accurate record-keeping, guest communication, and adherence to hotel standards during the night shift. Training and collaboration with team members are emphasized to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Log all guest requests into the portal.
• Communicate updates and correspondence with guests.
• Perform check-in and check-out tasks per hotel standards.
• Complete daily checklist and adhere to core standards.
• Ensure property access points are secure.
• Perform nightly property walks and reset as needed.
• Complete day rollover and all required reporting by management.
• Log all information into hotel platforms.
• Be proactive in assisting guests with needs and inquiries.
