Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hospitality management company, seeks a dependable Night Auditor to join our Fond du Lac team. You’ll welcome guests, handle arrivals and departures, process payments, and ensure accurate records while delivering friendly, professional service.

Ideal candidates have front desk or customer service experience, strong communication skills, basic computer and cash-handling abilities, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel/front desk or guest-service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Professional and composed demeanor with guest issue resolution.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and guest requests accurately.
• Respond promptly to questions, concerns, and special requests.
• Resolve routine guest issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest information and shift documentation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Promote hotel services and opportunities to guests.
• Follow cash-handling, security, and privacy procedures.
• Monitor lobby and front desk for a welcoming environment.
• Complete shift duties and ensure smooth handoffs.
