Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile cashier transactions and prepare daily management reports. This hourly, full-time role requires accuracy in guest billing and city ledger activity, plus duties across front desk operations.

The Night Auditor will handle check-ins/outs, reservations and switchboard tasks, audit reports, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to hotel standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Late/Overnight shift

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger activity.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports (e.g., Daily Operating Report, Tax Reports)
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Food & Beverage cashiering.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit card transactions on a timely basis.
• Perform guest services duties such as check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Communicate issues to management as needed.
