Qualifications

• Experience with a property management system (PMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger and perform end-of-day accounting functions.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios and posted room rates.
• Greet guests, check in/out, and manage reservations as needed.
• Assist in cash handling and front desk organization for shifts.
