Kessler Hotels’ Beaver Creek Lodge Autograph Collection is seeking a Night Auditor. The role involves reconciling cashier transactions, reviewing management reports, and ensuring accuracy of guest billings and city ledger entries.

You will support guest services during check-in/check-out and reservations, with attention to detail and data accuracy. The position requires the ability to handle financial data, perform daily tasks, and maintain exceptional guest service at a premier mountain resort

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Perform guest services duties (check-in/out, reservations).
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Food & Beverage Cashier work.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit credit cards timely.
