Job summary

My Place Hotels-Port Charlotte is seeking a Night Auditor to be the frontline for guests during the night shift. Responsibilities include reservations, check-ins/outs, and handling charges for rooms, taxes, and My Store purchases, while ensuring accuracy and great service.

You will address guest questions, coordinate with hotel departments, and complete the Night Audit checklist with meticulous paperwork. Flexibility to perform cleaning tasks and stay on-call is expected for operational success.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Dependability and professionalism.
• Attention to detail in financial records.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm guest services, handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and record charges per policy.
• Address guest questions and concerns with knowledge of hotel, amenities, and local attractions.
• Complete Night Audit Checklist, manage cash and call logs, and maintain front desk paperwork.
• Perform cleaning duties as needed, including laundry, vacuuming, and tidying public areas.
• Maintain safety protocols, inspect property, secure exterior doors, and report hazards.
• Take on additional responsibilities and stay on call for hotel needs.
