Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming guest services for all guests.
• Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and record charges.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and complaints with hotel knowledge.
• Complete Night Audit checklist, manage cash logs and logs.
• Perform cleaning duties including laundry and lobby upkeep.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols and report hazards.
• Be on call for hotel requirements and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
