Hilton Dallas Park Cities is seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join our team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will manage nightly front desk operations, balance accounts, and ensure accurate cashiering while delivering exceptional guest service in a hospitality‑driven environment.

Responsibilities include registering and checkout, handling payments, responding to guest inquiries, and promoting hotel services. A background in front desk duties and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Ability to handle guest interactions with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong numerical skills and calculator proficiency.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and Microsoft Excel basics.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete registration and checkout processes.
• Process payments, balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions.
• Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel services and local area.
• Upsell hotel services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
