Job summary

The Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center in Grapevine, Texas is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee nightly financials and front office operations.

The shift is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Responsibilities include verifying revenue postings, balancing guest accounts, running reports, and closing the food and beverage revenue center. A minimum of 1 year hotel night audit experience and knowledge of hotel operating systems are required.

The Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center Hotel located in Grapevine, Texas has an opening for a night auditor.

Job Duties

• Verify that all revenues have been correctly recorded and charges to guest accounts are complete and accurate.
• Ensure that all revenue producing departments are properly posted and are in balance.
• Run all required reports.
• Open and close food and beverage revenue center.

• Verify all accounts posting and balance.
• Track room revenues, occupancy percentages and other front office statistics..
• Prepare a summary of cash, check and credit card activities.

This position is a full time position. The night audit shift is from 11:00 Pm to 7:00 AM.
