Job summary

TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection in Sunnyvale is seeking a Night Auditor to join our overnight team. As the overnight ambassador, you’ll welcome late‑arriving guests, perform audits, and ensure accurate nightly reporting while maintaining security.

Work with a design‑forward, hospitality‑driven staff on a Silicon Valley campus, collaborating with Housekeeping and Engineering to prepare for the next day. Prior night audit or front desk experience is welcome; Opera familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Night owl who thrives in quiet, focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail and knack for numbers.
• Clear and confident communicator, in person and over the phone.
• Tech‑savvy with hotel systems; Opera experience a plus.
• Professional, reliable, calm demeanor on each shift.
• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late‑arriving guests warmly and professionally.
• Perform end‑of‑day financial audits and reconcile transactions.
• Ensure billing accuracy and accurate reporting.
• Monitor security and respond to guest needs overnight.
• Prepare and distribute daily leadership reports.
• Assist with overnight check‑ins/check‑outs and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments.
• Uphold the TETRA brand with service excellence.
