Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) with warmth and efficiency.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy of nightly totals.
• Maintain safety and security through regular property checks and reports.
• Create Daily Flash Reports and provide management with overnight insights.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during night hours.
• Troubleshoot routine issues using Windows-based tools and standard office software.
