Job summary

M Social Sunnyvale, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Night Auditor to balance overnight guest services with financial oversight. You will oversee Front Desk, perform nightly audits, and ensure accurate cash handling in a dynamic Silicon Valley setting.

Ideal candidates have Front Desk and Night Audit experience, familiarity with Opera Cloud PMS, and strong attention to detail with Excel and Outlook proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Hospitality, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Opera Cloud or similar PMS is a plus.
• Strong accounting and financial reconciliation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk during overnight hours and assist guests.
• Complete nightly audit and reconcile daily financials.
• Balance accounts, generate reports, and ensure security.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security and Ops for overnight needs.
