Qualifications

• Experience at hotel front desk or night audit preferred.
• Customer service background acceptable with on-the-job training.
• Excellent public relations skills and a warm, friendly attitude.
• Must be willing to serve as Person in Charge (PIC) during overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and hospitality.
• Register guests efficiently per brand standards and secure payment.
• Post transactions to guest and master accounts; review balances.
• Reconcile PMS and registration data; monitor arrivals and special requests.
• Prepare reports and close daily revenue; handle cash and card receipts.
• Coordinate guest services with other departments and external vendors.
