Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute guest check-in/check-out procedures per standards.
• Maintain desk presence and hospitable attitude at all hours.
• Provide information on local attractions to guests.
• Process payments and ensure policy-compliant collections.
• Manage keys, safe deposits, and guest property safety.
• Monitor rates by competitor occupancy and adjust quotes.
• Complete required documentation promptly.
• Quote daily rates accurately and issue credits.
• Support guest satisfaction with additional duties as needed.
