Job summary

PM Hotel Group in Portland, OR is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This overnight role blends guest service with accounting to close out the day’s financial activity and ensure a smooth handoff between operating days.

You’ll balance cash and deposits, input revenue and expenses in the front office system, handle check-ins/outs, answer guest questions, and support overnight operations with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or six months to one year of related experience.
• Ability to work evening/overnight shifts.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• People-facing role requiring courteous communication.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, and credit card batches.
• Enter revenue, expenses and allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Complete front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room moves and late checkouts.
• Answer guests’ questions about hotel services and amenities.
