Embassy Suites - Brunswick is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. You will balance and reconcile hotel accounts, process guest bills, and provide exceptional service during the night shift.

Responsibilities include front desk tasks, nightly reports, safety monitoring, coordinating with housekeeping, and assisting guests with requests while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred.
• Past experience at a hotel front desk or night audit strongly preferred.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for balancing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Perform all front desk functions during the night shift, including checking in and out guests, answering phone calls, and responding to guest inquiries.
• Balance and reconcile hotel accounts, including cash, credit card, and direct bill accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily occupancy, revenue, and audit reports.
• Complete guest billing tasks: posting charges, collecting payments, ensuring accuracy of bills.
• Ensure safety and security by monitoring access and responding to emergencies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues at night.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs during the night shift.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by GM or AGM.
