Job summary

Embassy Suites - Brunswick is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure accurate night audit procedures, balance and reconcile hotel accounts, and prepare guest bills while delivering exceptional guest service. The role requires strong math, attention to detail, and flexibility for night shifts.

You will perform front desk tasks, coordinate with housekeeping, and generate daily reports. A hospitality background and customer service excellence are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred
• Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit strongly preferred
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills to reconcile accounts
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk functions during night shift including check-in/out and guest inquiries
• Balance and reconcile hotel accounts including cash and credit card
• Prepare and distribute daily occupancy, revenue, and audit reports
• Post charges, collect payments, and ensure guest bill accuracy
• Ensure safety and security by monitoring access and responding to emergencies
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management
