Concord Hospitality in Flemington, NJ is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to support the late shift at the front desk. You will handle guest interactions, process transactions, balance daily revenue, and ensure smooth night-time operations while maintaining a safe environment.

The role requires attention to detail, independence, and a professional, customer-service oriented approach. Experience with Lightspeed and prior night audit work are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Prior Night Audit experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of Lightspeed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process credit card transactions and daily revenue for all outlets (restaurant, events, lounge).
• Handle phone system, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability and transactions.
• Prepare folios for departing guests.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed.
• Monitor hotel safety and emergency procedures during the night shift.
